Condition varies. Every listing says whether an item is new, open box, untested, or sold as-is.
How long does shipping take?

Problems with your order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@dlmdeals.com with photos. We review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.
Item condition
Many items are overstock, open box, or customer returns. Each listing states its condition. Items marked "as-is" or "for parts" are not eligible for replacement.
